Residents in Gloucester are tired of seeing their historic Docks silt up every summer. We are now at the point where the canal is becoming impossible to navigate, with a knock on impact to local businesses and the tourism that helps our city to thrive. 

Bristol need their drinking water, but Gloucester should be fairly compensated for the impact this is having on our city. 

Alex McIntyre MP is calling on Bristol Water to invest in a filtration system that would prevent silt getting into the Docks in the first place.
