Christmas Card Competition!

An invitation to all primary school-aged children in Gloucester!

I’m delighted to launch my 2026 Christmas Card Competition, a chance for young people across Gloucester to get creative and help spread some festive cheer!

Every year, I send a Christmas card to community leaders, local organisations, public servants, and even the Prime Minister! After the success of last year, I want another Gloucester-made card to send to everyone.

However you experience this time of year, whether you celebrate Christmas or simply enjoy the winter weather, I’d love to see what this season means to you through your artwork.

🎁 Bonus points if your design includes something Gloucester-themed!

❄️ Prizes

  • The winning design will feature on the front of my official Christmas card.

  • All participants will receive a certificate for entering.

This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the creativity of our city’s young people and celebrate the festive season through their eyes.

❄️How to Enter

  • Artwork should be hand-drawn or painted on A4 paper.

  • Please send the child’s full name, year group, and school (if applicable) with the entry

❄️ Deadline for Entries

All entries must be received by Monday 2nd November
