My letter to Ofcom

As part of my work to tackle the horrendous problems with Royal Mail deliveries here in Gloucester, I've been in touch with the regulator Ofcom to demand further action.

I will keep pushing them to take further action to ensure Royal Mail tackles systemic issues and prioritises the service it provides to residents, which should be the focus.
